CAT BA COMMUNITY RESORT MASTER PLAN

Project Summary: Our company identified and negotiated this project, partnering with Group 70 International, Hawaii's leading architecture/planning firm, in securing a professional service contract to help Vietnam's largest construction group VINACONEX to develop a master plan for a world-class resort community on the island of Cat Ba. 

Project Outcome: PacMar and Group 70 completed the Cat Ba Community Resort Master Plan. The project when completed will be the largest of its kind in Vietnam.
