Project Summary: PacMar provided business development services to CUEC and HEPZA, playing a pivotal role in the negotiation of the JV agreement between the Chinese and Vietnamese parties and served on the founding board of SEPZONE.  PacMar also conducted a technical and financial feasibility study for the development of the 60 Ha self-contained Export Processing Zone (EPZ) which included complete infrastructure for factories, warehouses, offices, showrooms, conference and training centers, banking facilities, international transport and communication networks.
