Project Summary: PacMar provided environmental management advisory services to the Song Shan Power Development Company. To alleviate the drastic power shortage problem in Shantou, the Song Shan Power Plant was designed to meet the energy requirements of current and future rapid economic growth in the Shantou Special Economic Zone (SEZ).

Project Outcome: PacMar completed an Environmental Impact Assessment report. The construction of the Song Shan Power Plant has improved the quality of life for residential consumers and enhanced economic growth by enabling existing industrial enterprises to increase output while improving the availability of power to new industries.
